Conversation on Getting parents Involved in Education

Over 300 business, education, government and community leaders met to discuss the need for parental involvement, and a Johns Hopkins Model to develop it. 150 people volunteered to serve on an advisory panel to implement the recommendations and to create a more detailed tool kit for use in increasing parental and community involvement in education at the local level.
